Currently our dining room is only open in the morning for breakfast, but if you are bringing a group or are planning a special celebration meal, please let us know well in advance so that we can organise lunches and dinners for you.
At Apu Lodge we work with local staff and sometimes with international volunteers to create Peruvian and international dishes using local, seasonal ingredients. There are a few vegetarian options, lighter dishes including soups, main courses and dessert. We have an organic garden that supplies many of our vegetables, including greens for our breakfast omelettes, and salad ingredients.
If you wish to book or pre-order your food choices in the reception you are very welcome to do so
