At Apu Lodge we work with local staff and sometimes with international volunteers to create Peruvian and international dishes using local, seasonal ingredients. There are a few vegetarian options, lighter dishes including soups, main courses and dessert. We have an organic garden that supplies many of our vegetables, including greens for our breakfast omelettes, and salad ingredients.

If you wish to book or pre-order your dinner choices in the reception you are very welcome to do so.
